This is inspired by the Citrus Fish that I had sampled at Bangalore’s Bistro on Brigade Road, Bangalore. It was not a dish I ordered, but tasted from a friend’s plate.
Here is the recipe:
1. 6-7 fillets of beckti
2. 2 tsps of garlic minced
3. Juice of 1 orange
4. 1 tsp parsley
5. Juice of 1 lemon
6. Salt to taste
7. Green Pepper coarsely ground
8. Olive Oil
Marinate the fish with 1-6 for at least 30 minutes.
Coat the fish with the green pepper and then grill it with 1 tsp of olive oil.
